Due to success and in line with their expansion plans, our prestigious and well established client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy team.

Duties include:
Working on client files, liaising with various departments to ensure information is passed on
Monitoring databases for any faults/problems
Watching closely for any lapsed clients/closed accounts
Making monthly payments
Assisting with cash settlements and reports

Preparing statements for internal departments, and reconciling reports
Providing cover for reception on an ad hoc basis

You will have:
Excellent time management and communication skills
Great attention to detail
IT literate with good Excel
Willingness to learn
Ability to work well under pressure with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

In return for this the client is offering a salary of £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits including 30 days holiday.

The working hours are 8:30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.
