RARE opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a this fun, friendly and highly successful Harrogate business. They are seeking an enthusiastic and confident person with excellent administrative skills who has experience in dealing with people and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

Answering telephone call and processing orders
Pushing orders through to ensure customers receive them as quickly as possible
Ensuring orders go through to the relevant department
Managing customer expectations

In ordered to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator role you will:

Be confident in using Word, Microsoft Office and in-house computer systems
You will be able to work on your own initiative
Have excellent time management skills
Be organised and have great attention to detail

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
