NEW role for a Recruitment Administrator working for one of our specialist clients in Harrogate.
You would be joining an established and fun team, whilst giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself daily.
Duties to include:
Manage compliance documents to enable them to work with the business
Request documents such as, references, DBS, right to work, education certificates, CV details.
Follow the strict company policies and practices, support and guide individuals through the process, communicating with them regularly
Chase up any missing compliance documents and process their files
Book new candidates onto relevant training.
Maintain tracking systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Manage recruitment inboxes.
Answering the phone and taking messages
Meet & greeting of all visitors
Scanning documents onto our database
Plus any other ad-hoc duties
Requirement & Skills:
Experience of working in a busy environment
Key eye for detail
Ideally worked within a recruitment/ hr setting before
Good written and verbal skills plus excellent communication are a must!
