Our highly successful and well established Harrogate client is seeking a Projects Co-ordinator based within their Customer Services department.
The Projects Co-ordinator role is to ensure that customers receive exemplary service from point of enquiry through to completion of works. Acting as the customers’ representative and ensuring accurate transfer of information between the external Sales team, the Technical team, Manufacturing and the Installation teams.
The main responsibilities include:
Record all new enquiries on our inhouse system and distribute to the relevant external Sales person
Provide the customer with a quotation and supporting literature in a timely manner, in accordance with internal procedures
Transfer of information between all relevant departments (including Manufacturing, Warehouse, Installations and Finance)
Provide clear and accurate information to the Technical team when dealing with works requiring products
Liaising with the customer to agree installation dates and ensure they receive regular updates and exemplary customer service throughout the installation process
On completion of Install, confirm with the customer that works are completed to their satisfaction.
Should any issues arise on completion of the Install, ensure all remedial logs and processes are followed
Provide information to the Finance team, in an accurate and timely manner to ensure prompt invoicing of works
Ensuring that all processes are followed and that business systems are kept up to date
Liaising with the Commercial team ensuring legislation and internal processes are adhered to
Required Skills and Experience:
Exceptional communication skills and good telephone manner with ability to keep calm under pressure
Accuracy and attention to detail
Pro-active approach, with aptitude for problem resolution
Ability to follow processes through to completion
Organised and methodical, with ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload
Team Working, with an understanding of the wider business implications
Computer literate – particularly with in house systems and Microsoft office
