Our well established client based in Harrogate is seeking a versatile and hands on candidate to undertake the busy role of SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER. This role will provide someone with a fantastic challenge and also the opportunity to really make their mark!
Duties to include:
Regular communication with the company’s suppliers ensuring a great working relationship is established
Arranging engineers to attend sites and detail information within the appointments such as address, telephone and details in relation to the visit.
Liaise with customers re any issues, orders or queries and ensure processed to completion
First class service to be provided with the view of securing future business and that all opportunities of future business are maximised
Assist the warehouse to ensure all parts required to be despatched for engineers’ jobs are completed
Administration of various certificates and contracts
Input of product information onto internal database
Process all documentation efficiently and maintain records in accordance with service and industry standards
Follow up any leads provided to the department both verbally and in writing
Ensure follow up visits for repairs/servicing are timely and to customer satisfaction
Liaise effectively with all internal departments to ensure quality customer service is maintained
Taking the lead at times in process improvement for the department
Skills and experience required:
Experience working in a customer focused role
Attention to detail
Previous administration experience
Confident dealing with challenging/ demanding situations
Ability to review and improve process
Sage experience would be desirable
