As an Account Handler you will deal with insurance premiums varying in size dependant on your experience. You will gain the opportunity to work alongside other experienced insurance professionals to offer exceptional customer service, market leading cover and value for money to new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for servicing client accounts with a particular focus on providing the best possible service at all times.
Regular communication with various parties in the industry to discuss finer details/ terms.
The role will require you to prepare information for clients which could include relevant paperwork/ contracts, reports etc.
Handle and respond to product queries quickly and effectively.
The mix of administrative duties as well as interaction with clients and suppliers means no two days are the same in this role.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
