You will be servicing current clients, in addition to gaining and on-boarding new clients. We are seeking a responsible, driven and client orientated individual, with the ability to provide an effective and efficient service, whilst representing the company and brand. Duties for the successful Account Manager:
- Being a main point of contact for key clients
- Maintaining, enhancing and building relationships
- Meeting clients needs and solving problems
- Gaining new business
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Visiting clients and attending events
- Working collaboratively with internal and external parties
- Devising suitable deals and packages
- Handling relevant documentation and contracts
- Maintaining communication across all avenues
- Updating records and keeping parties updated
- Working with suppliers and devising reports
- Any ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
What we are looking for:
- Account Management/Sales/B2B experience (essential)
- Experience within the travel industry
- Full clean driving licence
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Motivated, with a strong sales etiquette
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to solve problems and handle data
To be successful as an Account Manager you will be a self-starter with a proactive nature and the ability to prioritise tasks. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £35k – £40k, plus company benefits, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, with some flexibility required. Remote working options would also be considered with some monthly visits to the office.
