An exciting, brand-new opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm based in Catterick Garrison, who is currently seeking an Administration Assistant. You will work closely with the administrative team to ensure the department runs both smoothly and efficiently.

 

As the successful Administration Assistant your duties will include: 

  • Handling queries, taking messages and general Reception duties
  • General administration duties
  • Greeting visitors and filing management
  • Dealing with client documentation
  • Ordering equipment and arranging meetings
  • Assisting in project work
  • Carrying out other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

 

Skills:

  • Strong administration experience (essential)
  • Audio typing / minute taking experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Good accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • A desire to learn
  • The ability to work in a busy environment

 

To be successful as an Administration Assistant you will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a positive attitude. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £19,000 -£22,000, plus benefits, working Monday to Friday.
