Due to expansion, our client, a market leader is seeking an Administration Assistant to work as part of their small dynamic team.

It’s a fast paced environment, no two days are the same!

You will be required to support the Management Team in the smooth running of the business.

Duties will include: 


*Data entry of invoices and matching on these

*Placing orders with suppliers

*Updating the company website

*Taking part in events to market the products

You will have:
Excellent Communication and computer skills, written and verbal with professional telephone manor.
Caring, organised and motivated.
Able to work well under pressure with a willingness to support the rest of the team.
Flexible, committed and reliable.
Knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks accounts software an advantage but not essential.
Versatile with hands on “can do” attitude.

You will be required to work flexibly, in a rapid developing office environment providing telephone support and first class customer service at all times.

Working hours are 8.30 to 16.30 Monday to Friday with the occasional requirement to work extra hours with 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
