We are now actively seeking an Administrator to join a well established and specialist business in Harrogate. You will gain the opportunity to join an extremely loyal team who are passionate about what they do.

 

Duties to include:

  • Work with department managers and assist with their workload to ensure smooth running of tasks.
  • Act as first point of contact on department phoneline and dedicated inbox.
  • Interact regularly with customers ensuring a supportive approach is taken from initial conversation right through to completion.
  • Update and maintain information on internal system.
  • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external team members.
  • Produce detailed forms of administration work which may be published externally.

 

Skills required:

  • This role would suit someone seeking their first office position or equally those with previous experience in administration/ customer service.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Confident user of MS Office including previous use of Excel
  • Pride yourself on outstanding communication
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting other team members

 

Our client is willing to offer hybrid working and you will be introduced alongside their thorough training programme. In return you will receive an annual salary of £19,000 and will work Monday to Friday plus be entitled to other great company benefits.
