Our client has a fantastic chance for a proactive and logical individual to join their team on a fulltime, permanent basis as a Billing Assistant. This role would suit someone who has previous experience dealing with contracts, invoices and finance related issues.
Creating billing and invoicing reports to identify trends and discrepancies
Deal with any billing/invoicing queries and issues in a timely manner
Raising contract cancellation request
Identifying loopholes in contracts and amending where required
Ensuring all contractual requirements/obligations are met
Ensure bills are invoiced in a timely manner
Liaise with customers regarding any contractual/billing information
Maintain contact between internal departments to ensure best practices are achieved
Preparing all billings/contracts related paperwork
Adhere to and implement all compliance regulations as necessary
In return our client is offering a salary between £20,000 – £25,000 per annum as well as a generous benefits package and a great working environment!
Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
