GREAT OPPORTUNITY to work for one of the largest and most renowned employers in the Harrogate area. Our client has a fantastic chance for a proactive and logical individual to join their team on a fulltime, permanent basis as a Billing Assistant. This role would suit someone who has previous experience dealing with contracts, invoices and finance related issues.

Duties Include:
Creating billing and invoicing reports to identify trends and discrepancies
Deal with any billing/invoicing queries and issues in a timely manner
Raising contract cancellation request
Identifying loopholes in contracts and amending where required
Ensuring all contractual requirements/obligations are met
Ensure bills are invoiced in a timely manner
Liaise with customers regarding any contractual/billing information
Maintain contact between internal departments to ensure best practices are achieved
Preparing all billings/contracts related paperwork
Adhere to and implement all compliance regulations as necessary

In return our client is offering a salary between £20,000 – £25,000 per annum as well as a generous benefits package and a great working environment!

Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
