NEW ROLE as Business Co-ordinator at our well established client who is looking to expand their team. Reporting into the Business Manager, duties include:

Maintaining, improving and updating all ISO 9001 procedures. This will involve process mapping, customer journey mapping and root cause analysis to thoroughly understand systems and processes in order to deliver change and improve efficiencies
Ensuring stakeholders understand ISO procedures and are engaged with adhering to them
Preparing for and attending 6 monthly ISO inspections and action recommendations
Carrying out internal audits
Ensuring all ISO documentation is current and circulated throughout the company
Supporting the Business Manager with other day-to-day tasks including processing returns, booking holidays, managing the vehicle fleet, ordering uniform, health and safety and building management

Skills required for the role:

Previous administration experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proven record of problem solving
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
Project driven with high attention to detail
Inquisitive
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

Previous experience working with ISO procedures would be advantageous but, not essential
