Impression Recruitment are seeking a Business Support Coordinator based in Guisborough, for a leading and dynamic business which operate across the UK and Europe. As an Business Support Coordinator your duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone queries, sorting mail and responding to email enquiries.
  • Ensure that vehicle files/fuel cards are maintained accordingly.
  • Manage the order/sale process for the business, ensuring excel spreadsheets are kept up to date.
  • Manage the administration of policies/contracts.
  • Administration of company credit card processes and manage spend.
  • Processing of month end statements.
  • Dealing with invoices and updating systems.
  • Assist other departments in the company with any ad-hoc requirements.

 

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience of working within an administration or coordination position.
  • High levels of attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proactive nature and a team player.

 

In return the successful Business Support Coordinator will receive a salary between £25,000 – £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday, with some flexible hours and part-time options. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful company
