Duties as Credit Controller will include:
- Management of outstanding monies owed in a B2B capacity.
- Work amongst team to achieve best possible outcomes, taking relevant and defined steps for successful collection.
- Work with external parties on occasions for further support with collections process.
- Handle various forms of communication with confidence over phone and email.
- Negotiate, implement, and monitor repayment solutions.
- Populate and manage internal database/ system to ensure accurate records.
- Escalate those cases that need further specialist attention with internal Legal team.
- Support other internal functions when required.
What we are seeking:
- Prior Credit Controller or Debt Collection experience
- A strong and polite approach to work and communication
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pick up new processes, technical knowledge and system usage
- A desire to work in a team environment to achieve best results
In return as Credit Controller you will receive a basic salary of up to £24,000 plus the ability to earn up to £500 per month, resulting in total earnings in the region of £30,000 per annum. You will also be incentivised by a rewarding benefits package and a great working environment.
