Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer service queries or issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
Ability to remain well organised, prioritise workload and handle clients with a clear and helpful attitude.
To manage satisfaction survey, highlighting positive or negative feedback left.
Ability to identify trends and deliver statistics to the Business Operations Director.
To produce weekly reports to help manage how they deliver customer service.
Contact patients at crucial points throughout their pre and post-operative journey to maintain an excellent service and level of communication.
Provide patients with information regarding expectations, admission information and requirements, pre and post-operative advice, instructions and providing moral support.
Provide an administrative service such as booking appointments, advising Surgeon availabilities or arranging photos etc.
Monitor and respond to enquiries made through the implant query hotline and email address.
To provide support and assistance to other departments when needed.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.  NO WEEKEND WORK!!

Hours will reflect the need of the patients and include 9am-5pm shifts and 10am-6pm shifts.

Holiday allowance: 20 days plus the current 8 Bank Holidays.
