Main responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
Based at their Vibrant Head Office in Harrogate you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and experience to their much-loved customers.
The successful candidates will be a proactive and driven individual who will ensure they exceed the company’s customer expectations delivering high levels of service at all times through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, online chat, & email communications.
A team player with a dynamic approach, you’ll work across departments to support the growth of engaging Business to Business (B2B) programme, which could see you work with large multinational companies across the world with potential for out of office B2B meetings to ensure optimum customer service and long term loyal client relationships.

The successful candidate will have:
• Fluent written and spoken German combined with excellent communication & organisational skills
• A professional and proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
• An eagerness to learn and develop themselves
• You will to go the extra mile to ensure the outstanding service is upheld
