NEW and EXCITING role for GREAT Harrogate company as Customer Service Advisor in the online division.

This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for someone who wants to work for a leading Harrogate company who are continuously growing with an enviable client base!

The role is to deliver the highest level of customer service to all customers, giving them all the support and information they need through online chat.

Responsibilities:
· Book customer appointments in through Skype and online chat.
· Handle all enquiries over online chat and phone to bring a more personal service to the customer.
· Gain commitment from customers who are suitable, able and wanting to proceed and convert to a booked appointment, in line with company policies.
· Handle customer information with sensitivity, in line with data protection & ensuring confidentiality at all times.
· Provide customers with accurate information & if unsure, seek senior advice.
· Work closely with the Administrators & Head Office Departments, such as Accounts & Bookings Department, to ensure a smooth journey for the customer.
· Manage all customer expectations.

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have excellent customer service skills and previous sales experience. You will be a proactive, confident individual who is happy to speak with customers.

Hours are flexible and can include evenings and weekends.
