We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service within a small close-knit team. Our client who is based in Guiseley invests into every member of their team, providing support and training to make sure you excel. As the successful Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound telephone calls from customers and dealing with enquiries accordingly
- Accurately inputting and updating data recorded on the internal system
- Deliver timely updates to all clients regarding the status of their order
- Making proactive calls to customers regarding updates, response from initial enquiries etc.
- Actioning any complaints received
- Internal co-ordinating with various teams throughout the company
- Working with the senior team regarding any potential department improvements relating to service delivery
Skills required:
- An excellent telephone manner; professional, empathetic and positive
- Good IT skills to be able to manage a large database of information
- Proactive nature
- Ability to manage customer demands
- Overall team player
- Outstanding levels of customer service
