Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based at their offices in Knaresborough to join their friendly and supportive team. You will have previous experience within a customer service position, handling incoming enquires, dealing with confidential information and providing a first class service at all times.

 

As the successful Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

  • Handing both incoming and outbound calls from customers
  • Operating within an FCA regulated environment, following set processes and procedures
  • Processing quotations and following up
  • Following up with lapsed accounts
  • Logging all information on internal systems and keeping up to date

 

Skills:

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service position
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone with proven listening and strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • IT literate and confident with MS Office
