Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based at their offices in Knaresborough to join their friendly and supportive team. You will have previous experience within a customer service position, handling incoming enquires, dealing with confidential information and providing a first class service at all times.
As the successful Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:
- Handing both incoming and outbound calls from customers
- Operating within an FCA regulated environment, following set processes and procedures
- Processing quotations and following up
- Following up with lapsed accounts
- Logging all information on internal systems and keeping up to date
Skills:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service position
- Ability to build rapport over the phone with proven listening and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- IT literate and confident with MS Office
