Impression Recruitment are proudly working with an industry leader based in Guiseley who are now seeking to add to their established and experienced team. Our client would like to secure a passionate Customer Service Representative to join their busy and varied department to supply the best customer journey possible!

Duties to include:

  • Handling inbound telephone calls from customers, dealing with enquiries
  • Making various forms of internal communication throughout the business to ensure the customer is kept fully up to date
  • Accurately inputting and updating data recorded on the internal system.
  • Deliver timely updates to all clients regarding the status of their order.
  • Making proactive calls to customers regarding updates, response from initial enquiries etc.
  • Actioning any complaints received.
  • Working with the senior team regarding any potential department improvements relating to service delivery.

 

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have previous customer service experience ideally telephone/ office based.
  • An excellent telephone manner; professional, empathetic and positive.
  • Complaint handling would be desirable.
  • Good IT skills to be able to manage a large database of information.

 

This role offers a salary dependant on experience between £18,000 – £20,000 with working hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
