Fantastic opportunity now available for someone to join a well established and respected SME based in Guiseley who are on the lookout for a Customer Service Team Leader. This role will involve effective management of existing team members and team processes to ensure the company’s outstanding customer service levels are promoted!
Duties to include:
- Create, lead and manage an ever-evolving team promoting continual development against industry recognised accreditations.
- Performing regular reviews and on-going performance management.
- Managing and resolving any escalated customer complaints, ensuring the customer is treated in line with the company standards.
- Complete reporting, root cause sourcing and analysis to improve existing systems and processes.
- Internal and external company SLA reporting and management.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience as Team Leader/ Manager within a customer service environment
- Ability to manage a demanding workload
- Strong understanding of IT systems and their benefits
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Showcase passion and enthusiasm for what you do
- Positive mentality
- Eager to promote best standards
This role is to operate Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm with a salary offering of £25,000 – £30,000 plus company benefits.
