As Customer Service Administrator you will take responsibility for delivering the highest level of service possible to all clients, ensuring you are working in line with existing business policies and industry regulations. You will be providing advice to customers on a regular basis, and answering any queries they have. You will also support with sales administration processes and take an active involvement in some client proposal meetings, so communication skills are key! This role will involve a small element of travelling to client sites for face to face interaction on an irregular basis, for which a pool car/transport will be provided, but hey, who doesn’t like spending a bit of time out the office every once in a while! Our client will consider candidates with experience in customer focussed environments but will also consider applicants looking for a career change, so whatever your background, we want to hear from you!

As Customer Service Administrator You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Actively ensure a high level of customer service is provided and increase client retention.
  • Manage and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide industry advice and guidance to clients when required.
  • Assisting customers through the initial scoping of projects and project requirements.
  • Completing general administrative tasks as required by customers and business.
  • Assisting sales team in the preparation of proposals and web meetings to secure new clients.
  • Ensure internal processes are always maintained and adhered to, and any improvements are made as needed.
  • Complete client process reviews and audits when necessary.

 

Skillset Required/Desired:

  • High levels of written and verbal communication.
  • Excel – competent in basic formulae etc.
  • Organisational and being able to work to order of priority.
  • Logical and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience of interacting positively and professionally with customers (desired not essential).

 

In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,000 per annum but will have access to a bonus scheme that returns up to 40% of your annual salary over the course of the year, taking your total potential earnings to £31,000 per year!
