As the Data Analyst you will be a data driven, logically minded, technically capable candidate who is looking to kickstart OR continue your career within an ever changing industry where adaptability is key. You will take responsibility for delivering our clients data management services, ensuring improvements are made when required, and ensuring business flexibility to work in line with ever changing regulations. You will be working with customers to ensure high levels of analysis are provided by utilising tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL, as well as other internal systems. To be successful in this role it is vital that you have advanced level Excel knowledge, and any experience with SQL and Power BI would be an advantage. As Data Analyst You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Analysing customer regulatory data, ensuring that feedback is provided and actioned.
  • Work in line with specific industry regulations that will be determined by client sectors.
  • Take a direct approach to working with customers and ensuring that their individual requirements around regulatory and compliance procedures are understood.
  • Providing key data insights relating to client projects and reports.
  • Ensure that internal databases are maintained accurately with accurate data.
  • Action and manage data requests and complete any supplier compliance procedures on behalf of clients.
  • Verifying data submissions, as required by internal departments.

 

Skills Required to Be Successful:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills being able to use complex formulae.
  • Logical and methodical approach with an eye for detail, with the ability to synthesise large data sets.
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Any knowledge of SQL and databases, or experience using Microsoft Power BI is beneficial but not essential.

 

In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,000 per annum but will have access to a bonus scheme that returns up to 40% of your annual salary over the course of the year, taking your total potential earnings to £31,000 per year!
