Great opportunity now available for an E-Commerce Administrator to join a UK leading organisation in their niche and luxury sector. Our client is seeking a candidate that showcases a positive can do attitude and that thrives on providing only the best customer experience.

Duties:

  • Customer interaction with face to face, phone and email communication
  • Process all orders including online orders and record and dispatch accordingly
  • Pack all orders in line with company standards and ensure efficient turnaround to keep up with demand
  • Utilise internal system to manage company stock
  • Manage product listings online to include content, pricing, imagery etc.
  • Various forms of administration to complete role successfully

 

Skills:

  • Administration or Customer Service experience – essential
  • Previous e-commerce experience – desirable
  • Sales Administrator experience – desirable
  • Positive and friendly persona
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident but courteous communication skills both written and verbal

 

This role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm paying an annual salary up to £23,500 plus the opportunity to work for an industry leader!
