Great opportunity now available for an E-Commerce Administrator to join a UK leading organisation in their niche and luxury sector. Our client is seeking a candidate that showcases a positive can do attitude and that thrives on providing only the best customer experience.
- Customer interaction with face to face, phone and email communication
- Process all orders including online orders and record and dispatch accordingly
- Pack all orders in line with company standards and ensure efficient turnaround to keep up with demand
- Utilise internal system to manage company stock
- Manage product listings online to include content, pricing, imagery etc.
- Various forms of administration to complete role successfully
- Administration or Customer Service experience – essential
- Previous e-commerce experience – desirable
- Sales Administrator experience – desirable
- Positive and friendly persona
- Attention to detail
- Confident but courteous communication skills both written and verbal
This role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm paying an annual salary up to £23,500 plus the opportunity to work for an industry leader!
