EXCLUSIVE role at one of Harrogate’s most established businesses.  Now seeking a capable and organised person to take on the exciting role of Digital Marketing Co-ordinator.  Varied and busy role with no two days the same.  Duties include:

• Produce internal and external communications, such as e-bulletins to members and stakeholders
• Initiate pro-active PR, supporting initiatives and increasing market profile and visibility
• Develop effective campaigns and materials to increase membership growth and retention; targeting key sectors, using cost-effective joined-up channels, especially digital, continually improving content and appearance of both electronic and print communications to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Develop, update and integrate use of Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, Flickr, YouTube etc.
• Develop and maintain an Blog linked to the website and other social media channels.
• Support the development of webinars and podcasts.
• Manage and update Google Adwords and review Google Analytics
• Maintain, interrogate and develop the CRM system in respect of relevant marketing, sales and event information
• Liaising with internal and external departments and agencies to produce marketing and membership materials and manage marketing of key messages and activities
• Coordination of marketing, advertising and communications e-mail queues
• Coordination of the Job Forum recruitment advertising website and printed publication, including developing advertising revenue streams confirmation and processing of adverts, adding jobs to website, administration and invoicing. Maintaining accurate and up to date records, including website and CRM system

• Any other tasks that would be deemed suitable within this role as directed by the line manager
• Event marketing – to help increase delegate and exhibitor attendance i.e. marketing mailshots, email campaigns, open belly posters etc
• Managing departmental administrative duties including dealing with all telephone queries.
• Maintain and update event information on the customer relationship management (CRM) system and website.
• Provision of responsive, high quality and value for money accommodation and travel bookings service for event speakers.
• Contacting exhibitors to secure support for events.
• Producing certificates of attendance for events and inputting and analysing the event feedback
• Supporting the co-ordination of all aspects of  events.
• Any other tasks that would be deemed suitable within this role as directed by the line manager

YOU:

• An understanding of marketing communication channels and techniques, including media, social media, direct mail, web and digital
• Understanding of Word/Excel/Outlook etc.
• Experience of desktop publishing (Photoshop, Indesign and Publisher)
• Knowledge of CRM databases, management and interrogation of them
• Experience of effective time and task management and prioritising busy workloads
• A detailed understanding of administrative support and practical event organisation
