Our well established and successful client is seeking a Finance Administrator with excellent organisational skills to work as part of their busy Finance Team.

The role is based in the Head Office in Harrogate, with a mix of home and office working (task and workflow dependent). Key tasks include data entry from Sales and Purchase Invoices, processing Direct Debit Mandates, dealing with queries, investigating discrepancies and processing payments from customers. You will need to be able to communicate confidently with customers and staff, and be able to manage conflicting demands effectively as well as having all round attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrable all round IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

In particular you will need to be at ease working with Microsoft Excel. You will also need a ‘can do’ attitude and be a great team player. Previous use of using Sage Line 50 accounting software is also desirable, however not essential.
