GREAT OPPORTUNITY to join this highly successful Thirsk company as Finance Assistant.  Busy and varied role with no two days the same!

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Processing and updating Supplier Invoices
• Speaking with Suppliers and building rapport
• Answer any Associated queries with Supplier POs
• Inputting Purchase Ledger Invoices
• Raising Sales Invoices
• Answer general phone enquiries

YOU:
• Administration experience would be essential.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with Sage advantageous
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• A good level of numeracy and computer literacy.
