An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. Based at their Head Office in Harrogate you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and experience to their much-loved customers.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and driven individual who will ensure they exceed the company’s customer journey delivering high levels of service at all times through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, online chat, & email communications.
A team player with a dynamic approach, you’ll work across departments to support the growth of the business as a whole.
The successful candidate will have:
- Fluent French both written and verbal combined with excellent communication & organisational skills
- A professional and proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
- An eagerness to learn and develop themselves
- You will go the extra mile to ensure an outstanding service is upheld
