An opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients in the Wetherby area as a HR Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Main Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and all staff members
Send out online training to all staff members
Process new starters, contract changes and leavers on a weekly basis
Draft letters and correspondence
Provide general HR support via telephone and email
Develop and maintain professional working relationships
Process DBS applications
Help with the organisation of payroll for over 1000 members of staff

Person Specification:
Excellent knowledge of Google Docs system or equivalent
Previous experience in an office environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in a HR environment is desirable but not essential

The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. The benefits of working for this company include 22 days holiday (11 of which must be taken during school holidays) plus 8 bank holidays. There is also the opportunity for the right candidate to gain a qualification with CIPD. Our client is offering a salary of £17,000-£20,000 depending on your experience.
