We have an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a great business and team in Knaresborough who are experts in what they do! You’ll gain the opportunity to join a business that ensure the customer is at the forefront of what they do and they would like to gain someone that loves working towards the same mentality.

Duties:

  • Managing inbound calls from customers and providing industry leading advice to create the best possible order process.
  • Create first class customer relationships via phone, email and live chat with the aim of maximising sales.
  • Undertake regular training on products to ensure best knowledge enabling you to educate customers correctly.
  • Quote for potential orders coming through and process these on the CRM.
  • Management of a CRM building a quality customer database ensuring best service can be delivered.
  • Work towards agreed targets both personally and as a team.
  • Conduct various forms of communication internally to maintain the customer order experience.

 

Experience required:

  • Previous customer service, sales or sales administration experience
  • Enjoy working towards targets
  • A desire to deliver best customer journey experiences
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm and can-do attitude

 

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £18,000 – £21,000 with a potential total earning of £24,000. Alongside this you will get the opportunity to work in a great environment with a business that provide a fantastic office setup and lots of additional benefits!
