Our exclusive client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding company. The role will primarily focus on the day to day management of incoming technical support queries and providing assistance to the support manager. This is an ideal position for someone who is wanting to begin a career in IT Support/Helpdesk or, a second jobber. It requires an intuitive individual who will be able pick up and learn new technologies.

Full training will be given but, the role will include the following responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries and issues
Management of helpdesk
Adhering to customer SLAs
Analysis of common trends
Updating customer help documentation
Working with field engineers to assist with issues and installations
You will have an interest in all things technology, be extremely IT literate with good analytical and problem solving skills.

Proficient Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel
Strong background in a technical field such as IT
Logical thinker with good interpersonal and customer care skills

Driver with own car

Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm with onsite parking plus benefits.
