We are seeking an upbeat individual, with the ability to provide excellent customer service skills to work in a diverse position, communicating with a wide range of customers and clients.

 

Duties as an Operations Administrator:

  • Managing diaries and booking appointments
  • Preparing information and reports
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Providing excellent, efficient and accurate customer service and support
  • Handling queries and updating systems
  • Arranging visits and attractions
  • Meeting deadlines and negotiating with clients
  • Gathering relevant information for the customer
  • Actioning requests and solving problems
  • Maintaining relationships and dealing with payments
  • Assisting with other departments where required
  • General ad-hoc duties relevant to post

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent and demonstrated administrative experience
  • Experience within the travel industry
  • A personable nature with a clear telephone manner
  • Good problem-solving skills and a desire to learn
  • The ability to multitask and organise tasks
  • Excellent IT skills including using Microsoft Office

In return you will receive a salary up to £24,500 per annum, plus company benefits, working Monday-Friday.
