Our prestigious client based in Harrogate is seeking a further Operations Administrator to join their very busy Investment Management team.

Duties, primarily to support the Investment Management Back Office team with ongoing operational administrative tasks. Specifically, you’ll be involved with the smooth running of all aspects of the contracts process including but no limited to data input, checking contract settlements and various administrative tasks related to contract procedures.

We are ideally seeking a candidate for this role who is seeking their 2nd / 3rd job after education, looking for a career direction and ideally with an interest in Investment Management and / or Financial Services.

Ideally you’ll have good familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, be a good problem solver and keen to learn the business.

Full training will be given but, you will need to be focused, driven and have excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate needs to have experience in a process driven administration role combined with GCSE Maths & English (min C grade).
