This role will suit an natural rapport builder, with the ability to grow the businesses sales and lettings capacity.

Duties as a Operations & Business Development Manager:

  • Helping develop sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets
  • Monitoring the performance of teams and motivating them to reach targets
  • Maintaining knowledge of market trends and competitors
  • Organically grow the sales and lettings entities of the business
  • Achieving business goals and targets
  • Business development and building relationships
  • Overseeing a team, performance and daily objectives
  • Dealing with budgets
  • Improve the companies market positioning within the sector
  • Implementing business, marketing and sales strategies
  • Building, maintaining and developing stakeholder relations
  • Optimising operations and process improvement
  • Assisting with queries
  • Following relevant procedures and company policies
  • Handling and solving issues
  • Carrying out analysis and presenting reports

  • Experience in an Operations or Property Manager position

To be successful as a Operations & Business Development Manager it’s vital you are an organised individual, with the ability to oversee a team and meet business goals. In return you will receive a Salary up to £50,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission scheme, with a realistic OTE of £25,000 plus a company profit share scheme, with some travel to other branches included.
