Our prestigious client, based in Guiseley, is seeking a customer focussed Operations Manager to work within the specialist section of their company.

Leading a team of two/three, this responsible role involves ensuring the smooth running of installations into individuals homes. This will include liaison with surveyors, contractors, suppliers and customers themselves. Working to deadlines and ££ margins, you will have a keen eye for detail, be project driven and have customer service at the forefront of your mind.

On a day to day basis, you will price jobs, ensure deliveries/supplies are provided at the right place at the right time, liaise with clients pre-empting any potential problems, checking technical surveys, ordering stock, arranging sign offs, dealing with approx. 75 orders per month.

Ideally you will have some understanding of bathroom/plumbing installations/home improvements but, training can be given. You will have first class organisational, numeracy and customer service skills!
