GREAT new role as part time Credit Controller/Sales Ledger for expanding Knaresborough company.  Working 22 hours over 4 days, your duties will include:

• Credit control
• Credit checking clients and prospects
• Agreeing and recommending credit limits
• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about credit limits, credit issues, payments and payment issues
• Entering cash
• Cash reconciliation
• Sales ledger invoicing / Raising credit notes
• Understanding and resolving issues and queries to ensure smooth payment and excellent customer experience
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Go the “extra mile” to debtor days and close off targets

You will be/have:
• Proven experience as a credit controller
• Proven track record of successfully meeting debtor days targets
• Proven track record of sales ledger management and control
• Pinpoint accuracy with numbers, data, spreadsheets and cash reconciliation
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM / Accounting software)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
