Opportunity now available for a professional Part Time PA/ Administrator to join a small family run enterprise, set within the beautiful Thirsk countryside, therefore own transport is essential to be considered for this role. As the successful Part Time PA/ Administrator your duties will include:

  • Provide the highest quality, professional support to management
  • Diary, appointment management, arranging business meetings etc
  • Dealing with incoming post and emails
  • Arranging travel and preparing complex itineraries
  • Cover all other aspects of the management role where required
  • To undertake general administrative duties involved in the running of an office
  • Full support to the management team during the run up to annual events
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • To liaise and work with professional advisers


Experience & skills required:

  • Previous experience in a PA/ EA or similar secretarial role (essential)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • Excellent networking, administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to deal with basic administrative office work as well as more complex tasks
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • High level of competence and accuracy with all standard computer programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
