We are seeking an upbeat individual, with the ability to provide excellent customer service to work in a diverse position, communicating with a wide range of customers and suppliers.

 

Duties as a Procurement Administrator:

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Monitoring inventory supplies
  • Analysing purchasing requests
  • Handling queries and solving issues
  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Providing key administrative support
  • Obtaining best prices and devising reports
  • Updating company systems
  • Meeting company timeframes and KPI’s
  • Dealing with new and approved suppliers
  • General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

To be successful as a Procurement Administrator and join a refreshing working environment and culture, you will need to be organised by nature, with a keen eye for detail and can work towards to deadlines. In return you will receive a salary between £22k – £24k per annum, working Monday-Friday.
