Our client is seeking a Project Administrator at their office based in Gateshead. This role will offer someone the opportunity to deliver numerous projects to a high standard in a varied role.  The company are experienced industry experts who are part of an umbrella group dealing with major nationwide brands.

Duties will include:

  • Project delivering and updating company databases
  • Plan remedial works on behalf of clients
  • Traffic management for corresponding sites
  • Deal with customers, queries and internal teams
  • Review completion details and access issues
  • Track progress of jobs and attend meetings
  • Assist in ad-hoc jobs across other departments including general administration duties
  • Book and manage training requirements
  • Manage business central email inbox and action/ forward to relevant parties

 

Skills:

  • Experience in projects, planning, dealing with contracts and scheduling jobs or similar fields
  • Ability to interact with customers and external parties alike
  • Strong planning, presentation and communication skills
  • An eagerness to deliver results
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Take a mature approach with accountability for work and performance

 

To be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills. In return you will receive a salary between £19,500 – £21,000 per annum, working Monday-Friday.
