Excellent opportunity to join a great Harrogate company with first class career prospects! Working in the busy project team, the main aim of the Project Co-ordinator is to manage the overall procedures and processes for client work streams, from service definition to service delivery.
Key duties include:
Maintain a control document, (programme tracker) for all client related orders. The tracker includes all relevant dates, order numbers, revenues, SLAs and KPIs, and spans the whole lifecycle of the order from quote to billing activation.
Liaise with sales, projects, marketing solutions etc to update the tracker from existing documents with additional fields as defined by the CEO.
Automate updates to the tracker where possible.
Provide tracker visibility via SharePoint and distribution to Operations board.
Flag issues before they invoke penalties to the relevant senior managers.
Issue fortnightly progress reports and attend weekly TRT migration boards.
Highlight failing/areas of improvements in any of the related workflows as applicable.
Liaise with all delivery departments to ensure that updates are provided for the TRT report.
Liaise with relevant parties to ensure that the detailed framework implementation plan is updated weekly.
Liaise with finance to verify costs and process of orders.
The ideal candidate MUST have experience in a similar role, i.e. Client Services Coordinator/Project Administrator/Project Coordinator/Project Executive/Project Support, ideally delivering IT managed services.
You will be a bright and enthusiastic individual, who is dedicated to achieving great results.
Strong customer service, communication and organisation skills and good knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook are essential.
