We are currently recruiting for an established and growing specialist recruitment agency who have over 10 years’ experience recruiting both permanent and interim staff within Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Financial Services, Engineering, Logistics and Transport sectors. They are looking for multiple experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their team on a permanent basis. You will ideally have 2+ years’ experience recruiting on permanent markets, have quality communication skills, and the natural ability to build relationships with business professionals. As Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

  • Identifying, attracting, and screening prospect candidates, matching them with relevant opportunities within your market and client openings.
  • Owning the complete recruitment process from first interview through to offer stage and beyond.
  • Sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating offer packages and highlighting suitable candidates to clients.
  • Evaluating, responding to, and managing the needs of both clients and candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Work internally to maximise business commercial performance across various markets.
  • Taking responsibility for business development processes, taking on new clients and managing existing client accounts.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of industry requirements, trends, job market conditions, and industry standard salaries, whilst providing market insight clients and candidates alike.

 

Experience required to be successful as Recruitment Consultant:

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience of working as Recruitment Consultant, recruiting permanent positions.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and increasing sales revenue.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships, network and convert leads.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Passionate and ambitious to build a successful career.
  • Strong technical and computer skills.
  • A winning mentality, and a desire to deliver great service to clients and candidates.

 

In return you will receive a salary of between £25,000 – £35,000 with an OTE of circa £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will be joining a close-knit team, and the business pushes to build a positive, forward-thinking culture to enable all employees to achieve. You will be working on beautiful grounds on the outskirts of Leeds that is easily accessible from Leeds, Wetherby, and Harrogate.
