Our established client based in Harrogate is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator/ Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be joining a business who has already seen huge success throughout their journey so far. They are looking for a personable, high-energy individual to join the business and be a part of their next phase of growth!
As the successful Recruitment Coordinator/ Consultant your responsibilities will include:
- Attract candidates through targeted searches/ networking
- Screen candidates to determine correct fit for available vacancies
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients
- Coordinate the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Conduct administrative duties such as formatting CVs, arranging interviews, ensuring contractors are compliant and managing candidate database searches
- Work towards agreed objectives and company standards
- Showcase new ideas to continuously improve the department
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills, ability to speak to people at all levels.
- Computer literacy including MS Office.
- Energetic, driven and comfortable working in a successful, high-pace environment.
- Experience within Recruitment or Sales is beneficial but not essential you just need to have the right attitude
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
- Full training programme will be tailored to you
In return, the successful Recruitment Coordinator/ Consultant will receive a basic salary between £18,000 – £22,000 with an expected OTE £40,000 within your first year!
