Our client an award-winning company based in Harrogate is looking for a Returns Coordinator to join their team on a full time, 6 month contract.

You will join the busy Customer Relations department to provide their valued clients with an effortless customer service experience.

You will be responsible for a variety of customer service and administrative based tasks which will mainly consist of the following:

Providing administration support to the external sales team
Administering the returns system
Maintaining database records
Liaising with a range of departments within the company to provide good communication

Our client is looking for someone who is highly driven and self-motivated, someone who is a good communicator with a great drive to excel customers’ expectations.

You must have good working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience of working in customer service / admin is essential. Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £18k pro rata and working hours of Monday – Friday – 8:30 – 4:30 / 9 – 5 / 9:30 – 5:30
