Our client is eager to appoint a new Sales Administrator to join their existing team to take on a varied role within the business. You will join an established yet driven team that are eager to expand and grow further.

Duties to include:

  • Conducting various duties both over the phone and via email
  • Administrative support to sales team
  • Processing sales orders
  • Processing quotations
  • Taking payment
  • Sending order acknowledgments
  • Actioning pricelists
  • Proof of delivery requests
  • Liaising with logistics re deliveries
  • Distributing daily figures
  • Actively getting involved in sales meetings

 

Skills required:

  • Previous sales administration experience – desirable
  • A can do attitude
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to learn new ways of working/ systems quickly

 

Salary £18,000 – £19,000 dependent on experience plus the opportunity to join an excellent working culture, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
