Our client, a PRESTIGIOUS brand based near to Ripon is seeking a Sales Advisor / Field Sales Manager to start immediately within their busy team overseeing the sales across multiple developments.

The role will include but not be limited to:

– Dealing with any incoming sales enquiries both over the telephone or email, ensuring buyers are qualified accordingly.

– Updating the CRM on a daily basis and identifying key sales opportunities in a proactive manner through building a rapport with any potential buyers.

– Liaising with and managing the estate agents, solicitors and financial advisors on a regular basis, ensuring a clear understanding of the current market and sales activity across the various developments.

– Attending sales events with the agents to represent the company, reporting on activity and chasing the agents on sales opportunities/feedback/warm leads following the event.

– Negotiating sales values with buyers directly or through the estate agents.

– Building a rapport with the marketing and development team to ensure clear communication is maintained between sales requests, buyers, marketing materials required and the sites.

– Providing market research to the team based on nearby activity outside the company, such as new development launches, and reporting any insights to the Marketing Manager and Sales Director.

Estate agency or new homes experience is essential, as well as strong administrative and customer service skills.  You will be reporting to the Sales Director.
