We have a great opportunity available for an individual to join a large international business, recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in their industry, based in Thirsk. Our client is currently seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to work within their dedicated team and are hoping to secure someone that can offer loyalty and overall an outstanding level of input daily. As the successful Customer Account Coordinator your duties will include:  

  • Answer queries via email and phone and filter where required
  • Process all sales orders and communicate the scheduled delivery date to customers
  • Liaise with the production team to pre-empt any issues and communicate accordingly
  • Process delivery paperwork and transport bookings
  • Ensure all paperwork from completed deliveries is correct and filed appropriately
  • Prepare invoices and help to chase payment when required
  • Keep internal system up to date with orders and invoices
  • Liaise with accounts to resolve any issues with invoicing or payments
  • Work with production to raise work orders and close them on system for goods to be shipped
  • Deal with any complaints effectively and field out to relevant departments
  • Maintain and implement procedures within office to ensure smooth running of sales and shipping

As the Customer Account Coordinator you will be offered an annual salary between £20,000 – £22,500, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm on a permanent basis.
