NEWLY created role for our successful and expanding client on outskirts of Knaresborough.  The role of Sales Co-ordinator is a busy and varied position and providing full support for the busy sales team.

Duties include:

Prepare offers and order confirmations along with any supporting documentation for the Sales Team.
 Manage any calls coming into the office for the Sales Team.
 Process sales enquires coming into the office as leads or opportunities
 Monitor sales leads along with pipelines and liaise with the Sales Team to ensure activity within set timescales.
 Arrange and coordinate accordingly any internal or external meetings
 Manage any trial data footage and create specific trial videos for customers on request and ensure these are stored correctly and visible for the customer.
 Request purchase orders where necessary for the Sales Team and ensure these go through the correct channels and are processed accordingly to agreed deadlines.
 Organise and maintain effective sales filing systems.
 Provide high quality administration and organisational support.
 Effective management of electronic diary and emails.
 Update on upcoming deadlines and pending actions.
 Process claims for expenses.
 Prepare MI reports for the Sales Director
 Liaise with the Executive Support Manager to ensure the Sales Team MI is being met to set criteria.
 Monitor the Sales Team dashboards and data input into our CRM to ensure data requirements are being fulfilled.
 To be able to build easy access reports on CRM

 Liaise with PR and Marketing Manager and coordinate PR and sales activity materials to particular deadlines.
 Ensure that all offer templates are continually updated in regards to price and any information changes.
 Obtain updated price lists for all machines and ensure these are being used in house.
 Add customer data on CRM/Sharepoint to keep records up to date
 Coordinate any showcase or corporate events, including hospitality.
 Upload any bulk lists from showcases, exhibitions, corporate events and create views for follow ups.
 Print out sales related booklets on request
 Monitor the brochure stock and ensure designated areas are populated with correct volumes.
