Our client based on the outskirts of Knaresborough are looking to hire a dedicated, proactive and results driven Sales Executive on a full time, permanent basis. You will ideally have experience of working in a target driven, results orientated sales environment. You could be an experienced salesperson with numerous years’ experience, or you could be looking to secure a new, challenging sales role after completing a few months within the industry. Either way, our client will consider you! You will be working for a business that is focussed on sustainability, supplying eco-friendly products within the e-commerce field. They are based in modern offices with on-site parking and amazing facilities which include a bar and games room! Within this role you will take responsibility for securing sales from existing and new leads whilst upselling add-ons and ensuring high levels of service are always provided to customers. Sales Executive Duties:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc).
  • Maintain contact with customer accounts across various industries.
  • Work in line with sales and marketing strategies to target high-value prospects.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations with clients as required.
  • Maintain sales and client information on internal CRM system.
  • Report on sales performance and progress against KPIs/targets set.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services through ongoing training.
  • Identify and showcase solutions to clients by utilising extensive product knowledge.
  • Negotiate on prices with clients when looking to purchase bulk orders.
  • Work closely with external sales teams and internal managers to provide feedback and share insights on sales topics.
  • Maintain good knowledge of industry trends and updates.

In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, with on target earnings of £30,000 after commission!
