We are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator at one of the companies brand new offices in Middlesbrough. Duties as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients on all levels
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion phases
  • Booking and generating valuations
  • Carrying out property viewings
  • Handling negotiations around lettings
  • Encouraging repeat business
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Giving an unrivalled service and insight into the market
  • Administrative duties including preparing details of the properties
  • Arranging photographs of the properties and floorplans
  • Managing diaries and appointments
  • Handling queries and updating systems
  • Ad-hoc duties relevant to the position

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in property
  • A strong sales etiquette and excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills on all levels
  • Must have a clean driving licence
  • A motivated individual with a desire to learn
  • Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM’s
  • A keen eye for detail

 

To be successful as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be an organised individual and well presented. In return you will receive a salary between £22,500 – £27,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with an realistic OTE of £48,000 – £50,000 plus benefits, working 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
