We are recruiting for a PRESTIGIOUS and PROFESSIONAL financial services business based in Harrogate who are recruiting for a Secretary/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is renowned for their quality service and professional environment and are looking for an experienced PA/Secretary to provide support to their senior business figures.

Duties include:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior business figures
  • Audio & copy typing
  • Mail merges
  • Reporting
  • Respond to client queries
  • Maintain client files and records on internal systems
  • Tracking of fund transfers and updating database
  • Liaise with internal and external departments regarding any issues as required
  • Calculating figures and valuations
  • Assist with reception duties when required
  • Assist with any compliance requirements where required
  • Abide by all industry and company guidelines/regulations
