We are recruiting for a PRESTIGIOUS and PROFESSIONAL financial services business based in Harrogate who are recruiting for a Secretary/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is renowned for their quality service and professional environment and are looking for an experienced PA/Secretary to provide support to their senior business figures.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior business figures
- Audio & copy typing
- Mail merges
- Respond to client queries
- Maintain client files and records on internal systems
- Tracking of fund transfers and updating database
- Liaise with internal and external departments regarding any issues as required
- Calculating figures and valuations
- Assist with reception duties when required
- Assist with any compliance requirements where required
- Abide by all industry and company guidelines/regulations
