We are looking to recruit an Administrator for our client based in Catterick Garrison, who is a leading professional services firm. This is an exciting time to join a business which continue to grow. You will be responsible for assisting in the running of the office and oversee the administrative function.
As the successful Administrator your duties will include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Assisting the Director and facilities management
- Typing documentation and managing diaries
- Handling queries
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Report writing
- Project co-ordination and ad-hoc duties
- General administration duties
Skills:
- Administration experience (essential)
- Audio typing experience (essential)
- Experience using Sage (preferred)
- A professional manner
- The ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
- Excellent customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
- The ability to use your own initiative
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office
To be successful as the Administrator you will be an organised individual with a strong attention to detail, used to working in a busy environment. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £20,000-£23,000, plus benefits, working Monday to Friday.
