An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking company based in Middlesbrough who continue to grow in all avenues of the company. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Administrator to provide key administrative support to the business and directly to the Directors. This role would suit a highly organised individual, with a keen eye for detail, looking to get involved in a new varied position.

 

Duties as a Senior Administrator;

  • Managing diaries and handling records
  • Being involved in meetings, including taking minutes
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Dealing with various compliance
  • Supporting business activities
  • Updating company systems
  • Providing assistance on business projects
  • Handling paperwork both electronic and paper based
  • Assisting with general administrative and ad-hoc duties

 

What we are looking for:

  • A demonstrated administrative background
  • Possess experience within the property industry (desirable)
  • Experience working closely with senior members of the team
  • The ability to solve problems and resolve issues
  • A personable manner with the ability to build relationships
  • IT literate with strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Be able to work to deadlines and manage workload
  • Excellent communication skills

 

In order to be successful as a Senior Administrator, you will thrive on working in a busy fast paced environment, with strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. In return you will receive a salary between £23,000 – £26,000 per annum, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
