We are looking to recruit an Administrator for our client based in Catterick Garrison, who is a leading professional services firm. This is an exciting time to join a business which continue to grow. You will be responsible for assisting in the running of the office and oversee the administrative function.


As the successful Administrator your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Assisting the Director and facilities management
  • Typing documentation and managing diaries
  • Handling queries
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Report writing
  • Project co-ordination and ad-hoc duties
  • General administration duties



  • Administration experience (essential)
  • Audio typing experience (essential)
  • Experience using Sage (preferred)
  • A professional manner
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
  • Excellent customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
  • The ability to use your own initiative
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft office


To be successful as the Administrator you will be an organised individual with a strong attention to detail, used to working in a busy environment. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £20,000-£23,000, plus benefits, working Monday to Friday.
