We are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor for our client based in Leeds. You will have an eagerness to make a positive impact and to drive projects in an effective manner. Your main focus will be to oversee and enhance the learning and development structure of the business and implement any changes necessary to amply employee engagement.


Duties of the successful Senior HR Advisor will include:

  • Developing and implementing the HR strategies in line with the business objectives
  • Managing the operational day to day HR processes
  • Continually evaluate HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and management
  • Coach and develop managers to enable them to perform their roles more effectively
  • Provide expert advice and mediation to resolve Employee Relations matters
  • Strong employment law knowledge with practical application
  • Develop and deliver a management development program
  • Reviewing job roles and ensuring job descriptions and personal specifications are in place
  • Reviewing the pay and benefits package
  • Creating an onboarding process that engages and retains the best talent
  • Reviewing the internal talent pipeline and creating a succession and development plan
  • Design and implement a performance management framework

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous HR experience essential
  • CIPD qualified (desirable)


As the successful Senior HR Advisor you will enjoy working on your own initiative along with a hands on approach to your work. You will be rewarded with a salary between £40,000 – £50,000 per annum.
