Our amazing client based in Harrogate is searching for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include:
- Attract candidates through targeted headhunting, networking, job adverts, social media and seeking recommendations/referrals.
- Speak to candidates on the phone/via video to assess their suitability for roles.
- Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with candidates to ensure you can match them to the best suited vacancy.
- Handle a variety of administration tasks to support the recruitment process.
- Support your candidates throughout the interview process by offering advice and help to prepare for interviews.
- Assisting candidates with editing/formatting CV’s.
- Coordinating the full recruitment process, from initial interviews to the first day of employment for the candidate.
- Provide feedback to both clients/candidates before and after interviews.
- Work towards agreed objectives and standards to enable success in the role.
- Bring ideas forward to continuously improve the way business is conducted.

In return, as Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will receive a basic salary between £20,000 – £22,000 per annum with an uncapped commission / bonus structure (first year OTE of £30,000 – £40,000) and a clear pathway to develop your own desk and earn in excess of £100,000 in future as a Senior Consultant!
