Let me tell you about us – with over 30 years in the recruitment industry, we, that is, Debi Ferriday and Oliver Berry founded Impression Recruitment. We sought to open a unique service, one that reflected our passion for people and the industry.
At Impression Recruitment, we do not see people ‘en masse’. As a ‘boutique’ service, we can’t and more than that, we don’t want to. It is our desire to spend time with our candidates, get to know what environments, personalities and positions are best suited to client’s requirements.
We strive to become personally involved on a professional level with our clients and candidates to form mutually beneficial partnerships.
We pride ourselves on our honest, straight-talking approach and also put the needs of our candidates and clients at the forefront of our minds. Our detailed approach to qualifying a candidates experience has had a positive reaction amongst our clients.
